What's new in Druma
Feature releases, fixes, and improvements.
Security audit + SSRF hardening
Two full-stack passes across every Edge Function: authentication, rate limits, error-response leakage, and a guard on every outbound URL the platform fetches on a user's behalf.
Carrier portal integrity pass
Documents a carrier uploads are now visible to the operator, subcontracted loads carry an explicit accept/decline gate, driver personal data is scoped per carrier, and every status label is translated in all ten languages.
Groupage part-loads & open slots
Part-load capacity is visible across the board, a groupage run behaves as an open slot you can fill, orders move between runs in one action, and each run carries its own km and drive time.
Client API self-service
A client can set their own outbound webhook URL, auth and events from the portal and read their delivery log, without waiting on the operator. Inbound mapping stays operator-controlled by design.
One inbound email router
Seven separate inbound webhooks collapsed into a single router — order emails, carrier invoices, bank payment notifications and fuel-card statements all arrive on one path.
Native eCMR sealing
The advanced electronic seal on issued eCMRs now applies correctly in production, and sealed PDFs carry trilingual box labels.
eFTI readiness — Regulation (EU) 2020/1056
Road/CMR common data set serialiser, append-only operation log, a unique consignment identifier per order, and a read-only roadside inspector view — built ahead of the 9 July 2027 authority-acceptance date. Druma is not an Article 10 certified platform.
KSeF (Poland) — early access
FA(3) invoice build, session handshake and UPO retrieval against Poland's national gateway, for operators invoicing under a PL VAT number. Early access pending a live operator token.
Native eCMR — issued and sealed in-house
Druma issues the consignment note itself and seals it with an advanced electronic seal — three-party sign-on-glass, AdES-grade under the 2008 CMR Additional Protocol and eIDAS. It replaces the third-party eCMR provider offered before, which is no longer available for new setups.
Carrier Invoice AI Ingestion
Gemini Flash now reads carrier PDF invoices and extracts amount, tax, and reference, then auto-matches them to the right purchase order for approval — no re-keying.
Forwarding Section
New Forwarding tab in Commercial with Pipeline, Subcontractors, and Invoices tabs. Manage subcontracted orders end-to-end.
Carrier Portal Enhanced
Vehicle & driver card, ETA reporting, arrival/departure timestamps, and visual journey timeline for subcontracted loads.
Peppol e-Invoicing
Invoices route through the Peppol network via our Access Point partner. Belgian B2B e-invoice mandate supported out-of-the-box.
Smart Import
Upload PDFs, images, or spreadsheets. Gemini extracts fleet, driver, and client data automatically with confidence scoring.
Planning Board
Trailer location preloaded amber banner when trailer is >1km from pickup stop. Real-time position awareness.
Parking Infrastructure
European truck parkings sourced from OpenStreetMap, searchable by route proximity, security level, amenities, and availability.
RLS Isolation Hardened
30-test suite added. Storage bucket restrictions, Edge Function auth audit, and DPA policy enforcement.
Billing
Annual/monthly toggle, dual seat spinners, ROI calculator, and Stripe portal integration for invoice management.
e-Transport
ANAF UIT declaration, real-time GPS forwarding, driver UIT card display, and 30-day compliance overview.
