What is the company base fee?+
A flat €25/month added to every asset-haulier subscription, on top of the per-active-truck rate. It covers shared platform infrastructure and cross-fleet AI features — Ask Druma, KPI insights, and the data quality watchdog. Office users, drivers, and clients remain unlimited and free. Parked trucks remain free. Non-asset forwarders pay no base fee.
How is "active truck" defined?+
A truck is active if its status is anything other than parked. Parked trucks are free — they cannot be assigned to orders, so we don't bill for them. You can park and reactivate trucks any time without contacting us; the next billing cycle reflects the change.
Are office users really free?+
Yes. Admins, planners, dispatchers, fleet managers, and customer-service users are unlimited and included at no extra cost. Add as many as you need. The same applies to drivers (unlimited driver PWA seats) and client-portal users.
Can I change tiers as my fleet grows?+
You don't need to — the volume tier applies automatically based on your active truck count each billing cycle.
I'm a freight broker / non-asset forwarder. Does Druma fit?+
Yes. The forwarding module lets you manage subcontracted carriers, track shipments, issue client invoices, and handle ANAF and Peppol compliance — without owning a single truck. You pay only for the AI and automation you actually use, with a small monthly minimum. Get in touch to discuss your setup.
Will I ever get blocked if I use a lot of AI?+
No. Normal usage — Smart Import, Ask Druma, lane analytics — is included in your subscription. If you run past the fair-use threshold, the platform keeps running and the overage is billed at a small per-use rate at month-end. We never block you mid-operation.
What happens after my 30-day trial?+
Your account pauses — no data is deleted. You'll receive a reminder 7 days and 1 day before expiry. Add a payment method before the trial ends and billing starts seamlessly. Otherwise, accounts enter a 7-day grace period before suspension, and your data is retained for 90 days.
Is a credit card required for the trial?+
No. You can start a full 30-day trial with just your email. All features are available from day one — no demo mode, no seat limits during trial.
How does the annual discount work?+
Annual billing uses a 10-month rate across 12 months — effectively 2 months free. Compare any tier in the table above: the annual price is the per-truck monthly equivalent when paid yearly. The "Save 2 months" badge on the toggle reflects this savings.
