Base + per active truck

Your active-truck count picks one band. You pay that band’s monthly base plus every active truck at that band’s rate — never a blend of two bands, and the total never jumps backwards as you grow.

From 1 active truck · invoiced monthly, never a year upfront · parked trucks free

What that actually costs you

Less than one dispatcher, up to 50 trucks. A fully-loaded Romanian dispatcher runs about €1,000/month — Druma stays under that until your 51st truck.

From 15 trucks up, 19–21% of your dispatch payroll — reckoned at one dispatcher per ten trucks. The share falls as you grow; it never gets worse.

Unlimited office users and driver apps, included. Metered the way most TMS vendors price them (≈€29.90 per user, €12.90 per driver app), that alone would cost a 100-truck operator €1,644/month.

Common questions

How is the price made up?+

Two parts: a monthly base set by your fleet-size band, plus a per-active-truck rate from the same band. Your active-truck count picks one band and the whole fleet bills at it — never a blend of two bands. A 10-truck fleet pays €24 + 10 × €19.50 = €219/month. The base covers shared platform infrastructure and cross-fleet AI (Ask Druma, KPI insights, the data-quality watchdog); office users, drivers and clients stay unlimited and free, and parked trucks are never billed. Non-asset forwarders pay no base at all.

How is "active truck" defined?+

A truck is active if its status is anything other than parked. Parked trucks are free — they cannot be assigned to orders, so we don't bill for them. You can park and reactivate trucks any time without contacting us; the next billing cycle reflects the change.

Are office users really free?+

Yes. Admins, planners, dispatchers, fleet managers, and customer-service users are unlimited and included at no extra cost. Add as many as you need. The same applies to drivers (unlimited driver PWA seats) and client-portal users.

Can I change tiers as my fleet grows?+

You don't need to — the volume tier applies automatically based on your active truck count each billing cycle.

I'm a freight broker / non-asset forwarder. Does Druma fit?+

Yes. The forwarding module lets you manage subcontracted carriers, track shipments, issue client invoices, and handle ANAF and Peppol compliance — without owning a single truck. You pay only for the AI and automation you actually use, with a small monthly minimum. Get in touch to discuss your setup.

Will I ever get blocked if I use a lot of AI?+

No. Normal usage — Smart Import, Ask Druma, lane analytics — is included in your subscription. If you run past the fair-use threshold, the platform keeps running and the overage is billed at a small per-use rate at month-end. We never block you mid-operation.

How do I start a trial?+

Request access from this page or the contact form — we'll personally set up your 30-day trial, usually within 1 business day. No credit card required, and all features are available from day one.

Do I have to pay a year upfront?+

No — never. Every subscription is invoiced monthly. The prices on this page are the 12-month-contract rates: you commit for a year and pay a twelfth of it each month, which works out at 10 months’ worth across 12. If you would rather not commit, month-to-month is available at 20% more, cancellable any time.

Is there a minimum fleet size?+

No. Druma bills from a single active truck — a one-truck operator pays €19 base + €20 = €39/month for the full platform, including the driver app, AI ingestion and ANAF compliance. Micro-fleets are a segment we build for deliberately, not an exception we tolerate.

What am I committing to on a 12-month contract?+

A 12-month term, invoiced monthly at the contract rate, renewing for another 12 months unless you tell us otherwise before it ends. Your active-truck count still moves freely inside the term — park a truck and it stops being billed the next cycle. What you commit to is the term and the rate, not a fixed fleet size. Invoices are Romanian e-Factura, payable by bank transfer on the terms stated in your subscription confirmation; unpaid invoices are subject to the statutory late-payment interest and recovery costs set by Directive 2011/7/EU (in Romania, Law 72/2013).

What happens to my price if Druma raises prices?+

Nothing. You are pinned to the price schedule you signed on, and new schedules apply to new customers only. What can change is an annual inflation indexation — and when it applies it appears as its own line on your invoice, next to the original contracted price, rather than as a quietly rewritten rate.
